I stayed in a spacious unit with a kitchen that made cooking a breeze-perfect for a family like mine. the balcony view was nice, too. But the carpets were smelly and the shower had mould. I had to hunt for cash when I didn't have a credit card on me, which was a bit embarrassing. the pool was being redone, so I had to pretend my daughter didn't notice. Next time, I'll pack a cleaning kit and some cash just in case!

The hotel's staff are extremely friendly. The location is beachfront, so close to everything, beach, surf clubs, restaurants, and the Coolangatta main centre. Coolangatta district definitely deserves exploring...

The hotel boasts an excellent location next to the Coolangatta main centre and a safe, patrolled beach. It's conveniently just a 10-15 minute walk from Picnic Point Reserve. Plus, it's close to all the essentials, and the pricing is very reasonable.

I chose this hotel for attending a forum, as it is conveniently located within a 7-minute drive from the Ivory Marina, where I boarded the Coolangatta Whale Watch vessel.

We absolutely loved this place! The location, just across the road from the beach, was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed waking up to the stunning view of the beach from our 7th floor apartment. The apartment itself was excellent, very spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed, from ironing facilities to a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony was a great spot to relax and enjoy our morning coffee. The hotel staff were polite and friendly, making our check-in process smooth and enjoyable. The pool was larger than we expected and provided a refreshing escape from the Gold Coast heat.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The level of comfort and quality services provided here are truly outstanding.

The heated pool was a great feature, and the patrolled beaches right in front were convenient. I highly recommend staying here for a fantastic beach getaway.
